About the role
You'll be one of the first engineers at Kielo, designing the scheduling, routing and billing systems that match AI workloads to distributed GPU capacity around the world.

- Design and build the core inference routing layer
- Own reliability, observability and performance of backend services
- Shape our engineering culture and hiring
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production backend systems
- Deep experience with distributed systems
- Strong TypeScript or Rust
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU workloads or ML serving
- Open-source contributions
